Boat rental: Major terms and conditions

By signing this agreement the client agrees that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The announced prices are both in EUR and Croatian kunas. However, all payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Raiffeisen BANK Austria d.d. Zagreb. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Fuel is not included in price.

Should the charter of the booked vessel be cancelled by clients, more than 72 hours prior to reservation date, the whole amount is refundable. 100% of the price is charged in case a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date.
Adriatic Explore reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation under unforeseen circumstances or owing to circumstances beyond our control. If replacement cannot be found, Adriatic Explore reserves the right to cancel reservation. Deposit paid in advance will be returned.
The whole amount is refundable if weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of the booking and the reservation cannot be postponed on another day.
Date changes to your booking are only acceptable if the vessel is available on the required date.

Adriatic Explore reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation under unforeseen circumstances or owing to circumstances beyond our control. If replacement cannot be found, Adriatic Explore reserves the right to cancel reservation. Deposit paid in advance will be returned.

Excursions: Major terms and conditions

By signing this agreement the client agrees that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The information provided on Adriatic Explore website is designed to help you select the excursions most suited to your interests. The tour descriptions are as current and accurate as possible. Please note that occasionally changes in the descriptions do occur. Tour descriptions include approximate durations, which can vary due to border crossing, weather conditions and other circumstences.

Payment: When booking an excursion the whole amount should be paid despite the departure time. In case the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation date, the whole amount is refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the departure are 50% refundable. Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.

All refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the tour.

ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between Raiffeisen BANK Austria d.d.
